Works exactly as I expected I purchased this to have a wifi access when I traveled out of town. I chose to purchase this rather than tether to my cell phone so that the kids could use the wifi without bogging down my phone. I chose Virgin mobile because I liked that it was a monthly, no contract, no obligation, pay-as-you-go plan that I could manage online without having to contact customer service to start/stop service. Set up was a breeze. On our first out of town trip, we all were able to enjoy internet access…

Hard to beat for the price (when on sale) – excellent value! ****** DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT! While this was a great device several years back, this is no longer a viable choice. It was good while it lasted.********* Update: As of Nov. 1st, 2013 the unlimited 4G data plans are no longer available. This means this device is no longer a *** good choice, in my opinion, unless your use is very occasional and…

The day I received the unit from Amazon within about 20 minutes of un-boxing it, charging it, and…
